Defective/damaged products
We have great confidence in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, in rare cases, products may be damaged during transportation or have defects upon arrival. If this is the case, please send an email to [email protected] Contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement or cover the repair costs. Please note that any issues related to damage/defects upon receipt must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.
The warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. It does not include damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, exposure, or widespread use. If the washing instructions are not followed, the warranty will be invalidated. We recommend washing all clothing separately with cold water. Do not use bleach, irritating chemicals, or fabric softeners. Slight discoloration and shrinkage after washing and prolonged use are normal. This is not a valid warranty claim. Please make sure to follow the washing instructions to avoid disappointment.
For damage upon receipt, i.e; Button issue - The warranty covers the cost of product repair, not the cost of completely replacing the product.
General refund information
It is important for us that you are satisfied with your order.
For hygiene and quality control purposes, all returns must undergo inspection upon arrival at our return facility. After the return is sent out, please wait up to 14 days for our team to process the refund.
Return shipping fee
If your product meets the above criteria, we may ship it back to us for a refund. If you plan to return the product for a refund, please go to [email protected] Please notify us so that we can provide you with the correct return address.
Please note: Orders must be returned to us for inspection and cannot be sent back to the shipping warehouse or address on the original packaging - they are third-party operations centers and do not process any returns.
All shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. Our store does not assume any responsibility for any problems when returning products, so please carefully choose a reliable carrier or purchase insurance when returning with the carrier to prevent product loss/damage. If checking the return status, you will be asked for the tracking number of the return order. Please pack your package carefully to avoid damage during the return process, as we cannot replace or refund damaged products.
International orders may incur additional taxes and/or customs fees. This store will not be responsible for any fees charged by local customs authorities in the destination country/region.
After receiving your return based on the tracking information of the returned item, you can contact us so that we can check the status and/or provide you with the latest updates on the transaction.
All refunds will be subject to inspection. If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
